What areas do you cover?

Our office is based in Towcester and we generally cover local areas such as Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, but we often work in London and cover all areas of the UK.

Is the company insured?

Yes, we have a full commercial insurance so you can rest assured the project will be covered.

What are your hours of operation?

7am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays. 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. The phone is usually on for contact but if not, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I go about getting a quotation for my project?

You can either email us on info@code-construction.co.uk, or give us a call on 07977 004 348. We are always pleased to help and happy provide you with all quotations.

We will then arrange a site visit to discuss with you exactly what you want and give a more detailed quote. We will be open and honest in our assessments, avoiding any confusion or surprises down the line.

How much do I pay for a quote?

We prepare all our quotes free of charge!

What information do I need for a quote?

Ideally as much as you can provide, but we appreciate that it’s not always that easy. Every job is different but for an off-site quote we would ask you to provide us with a breakdown of the work required. This can include working drawings, a schedule of the works, or any contract information you may have. Bear in mind that the more information you provide us with, the more accurate your quote will be. Before any work commences we will ask to arrange a site visit so we can assess the project and provide a more detailed quote.

I have some architect’s drawings. What should I do with them?

You can send them to us either on paper or electronically, and we’ll give you an initial quote based on the information available. We will then arrange a site visit to discuss with you exactly what you want and give a more detailed quote. Communication is key here; if you don’t tell us what you want then we won’t be able to deliver it, and equally we aim to be open and honest in our assessments, so there won’t be any surprises down the line.

What if I don’t have any architect’s drawings?

We are a building company so architect’s drawings are not an area of expertise for us, and as such we are unfortunately unable to prepare drawings for you. However, should you need any pre-drawing advice or ideas, don't hesitate to contact us. We do have an extensive network of trusted and reliable professional contacts across the area, including a number of architects who we are happy to recommend depending on your particular needs.

What if I’m not happy with the end results?

We take pride in delivering high standards of quality and workmanship, we also accept that things don’t always run perfectly smoothly, and as a piece of mind we guarantee our work and will deal with any snagging problems, so that the job is completed to your satisfaction.
